Public build v0.2.4.1: Into the labs / Patreon build v0.2.6.0 Map combat


Greetings, my adorable players~ This month I have been hard at work on mapping out a new dungeon, the laboratories of Orcmin! Completing the entire thing is going to take more than a single update, but I will be able to ship at least part of it this month. Together with a number of story conversations, I have added a dynamic fight with a Bramble fairy and a story and dynamic fight with a Machine elemental.

Other things that got added include a number of scenes with Nuby, together with some adult scenes and pregnancy stuff. Also, I got around to adding item selling and discarding, so you will be able to clean up your inventories, and make some additional guilders. I added a heap of new stats that will work as multipliers, like exp and money multipliers, these will be used to create some new skills and equipment. I also added some patches of fertile soil in which crops can be planted, you can use this to grow plantable items that can be sold at the store for a decent chunk of change. There is a bunch of additional changes in the patch notes, I hope you like it, see you next month!

Update v0.2.6.0: Map combat

This is an update to the Patron build of Rogschard, if you want to support the project, you can get access to it here.

Greetings everyone! This update is a big one, adding map-combat, and introducing big changes to the underlying codebase. Combat can now take place on the map, allowing you to exchange blows in a turn-based fashion. Support for weapon types and weapon range has been added, together with some buttons to give easy access. Spells have been given significantly more uses, making them invaluable for navigating through the more dangerous areas. All existing dungeons have been updated with new encounters and loot.

This month's update is only the first half of the changes, with the second coming next month. Numerous things are still missing, like area of effect spells, some details of the damage calculation, map versions of the mark stills, movement stuns, and more. The balance of the game is likely quite broken this month, feel free to post any suggestions you have in the Discord. It should smooth itself out with next month's loot rework, including additional skills and spells. Have fun!
