Project Announcement & Update Plans
Greetings everyone, it has been a while since I posted an update here! You might have noticed that there have been few content updates since v1.0.0, except the occasional bugfix. Do not fear, there is more Rogschard content planned. However, I have been preoccupied with bringing something else to a releasable state. Namely, a new project, Lordling of Hearts!
Lordling of hearts will be an erotic text RPG, just like Rogschard, but made in a proper game engine, and with a lot more forethought. I started thinking about this project a long time ago, when it became clear that some of the things people would like to see from Rogschard would not be possible with the way it was made. Lordling of Hearts aims to rectify most of those shortcomings and more.
Features:
- Nude npc sprites, expressions, and animated sex scenes.
- Improved ui, including hotbars, mouse map-targeting, quick access keys, and much more.
- Quest tracking with direction markers, so you don't have to memorize the maps.
- Skill trees and improved game balance.
- And some fancy in-development features I have yet to announce.
A public version of Lordling of Hearts will go live on itch.io in one month, on the 13th of May 2024. Meanwhile, you can find out more on my Patreon, or follow the development on my Discord. And don't worry, Rogschard ain't done yet, and will get an update in the coming months. Thank you for your support!

This would be a game that I'd spend money on if it ever has a full release
EEEEEEE!!!! I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!! I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE FIRST BUILD IS OUT!!! I cannot believe I'll be one of the people that plays the first build of a new game by one of my favorite developers!!! AAAHHHH!!!!!
I think the one problem i personally have with Rogs is the directional arrows moving up and down the screen. If i'm trying to go back somewhere after i foolheartedly got my butt kicked i don't wanna go slow i wanna move quick. I keep misclicking when it moves >.<
But that's just me. xD

With Rogschard on PC Devices you can move with the arrow keys, and on Lordling of hearts the arrows will always be in the same place.
Also, always feel free to report any typos when you find them, it is greatly appreciated.
