Public build V0.21.1 to v0.2.0.2 / Patreon build v0.2.2.0 The One Named Mona


Greetings, my most adorable players~ This week, I got a big update for you, a new dynamic combat/sex system! The new fight type is based on dynamic interactions, making it more sensible as a repeat encounter type. You can try out the first of this new fight type in the apartment complex, together with the new walking enemy type. Next update there will be a bunch more fights added, so look forward to those.

There is some stuff that still needs to be added to the system. Mainly, more custom actions and dialog for the enemies. Also, special interactions based on body parts like ears, tails, ovipositor, and others. And lastly, player skills and item uses. All of those features will be added while I am working on content that uses them, so you will get to experience them in due time.

Once this update will be released to Patreon, we will have switched to monthly releases. The version numbering will have slightly changed (v0.x.y to v0.2.x.y) signaling a major version change! For the next 2 months, the public builds will get 4 weekly of updates released per monthly update. Once we run out of weekly updates, they will get the builds 2 (monthly) versions behind the patron build. For more information, click here.

  • Updated the mapping engine to use a tile editor
  • Worked on the improved map simulations
  • Converted all maps to use the new system
  • Added a portrait for Nuby the Caretaker
  • Reworked part of the inventory display code, to allow for some new features later down the line
  • The inventory now has categories
  • Equipment stats now display as icons
  • Male and Female slime loss scenes now trigger on both hp and lust deaths
  • Sleeping no longer clears the screen
  • Introduced a fix to prevent crashing when the inventory detects a corrupted item

Update v0.2.2.0: The One Named Mona

This is an update to the Patron build of Rogschard, if you want to support the project, you can get access to it here.

Greetings, my adorable players~ This month's content centers around Mona, and finding out where she has disappeared to. Your journey will lead you into the depths of the Tech Boulevard sewers, send you into conflict with some familiar faces, and will teach you about the peculiar wants and needs of a strange creature. With this, the quest [The one named Mona] can finally be completed, wrapping up the last of the 'A new beginning' quests. The update also adds a large collection of potions, both better variants of the ones you already know, and a range of boon potions giving temporary stat increases.

There is quite a number of new dynamic fights for you to try in the sewers, including some new walking Hornspore enemies. Toeëater also shows up, ready to fight you again, if you managed to beat her in the graveyard. There is also a new quest with Nooks, [The wingman and the dog], where you hang out with him in the Church of Qir bar trying to pick up cute boys. It will become available by talking with Nooks in Dayji's 24/7 if you have met Howlamir, Flutty, and Rozzedew at least once.

so, on last public update, getting an error:

edit : scratch that, it return so many errors that I wouldn't be to post them all, notable one is getting stuck in simulated sex combat with a tree (aka endless loop of errors)

Hmmmm, that is strange. I can't reproduce the problem. Can you share your savefile on the DiscordAh, I now got one as well, give me a moment

Ooops... A last-minute bugfix broke a fundamental piece of code. Uploaded a fix, it should work again now

No problems, bugfixing does do that, I'm gonna report in the discord if I have any other issue. (just seeing the update been pushed now as I type)
