Mission: Fired. Find Mekill at the Institute and defeat him. The mission cannot proceed to the next stage.

One of Nooks's scenes might mention it, but I don't quite recall. There isn't much of it, I am afraid

If you download your save, go here and turn the penis tag to true, dload and upload the modified save, you can have both. Don't know if it alters the character image though.
